Performance in French

For the fourth year, the AMAB company is back on the road to Burgundy castles from August 10 to 24, 2019. After Shakespeare and Chekhov, the troupe revisits two classics of French literature: Le Médecin malgré lui, after Molière and Bérénice, after Racine. Of course, AMAB's grain of madness has gone through this, which promises versions that are offbeat between comic and tragic. The 8 actors accompanied by their faithful musician invite you for 12 performances to accompany them in this new adventure, with always songs, cotillion, and other surprises!

Adaptation and staging: Théophile Charenat

Music creation and performance: Pierre Bienaimé

Sound and light technical control: Gabrielle Marillier and Agathe Dubeaux

Administration-Productio : Romane Bricard

Le Médecin malgré lui from French author Molière
Performance in French

With: Georgia Azoulay, Pablo Gallego, Marie Guignard, Pénélope Levy, Quentin Morillère, Florian Pâque, Louis Rochais-Gensac.

Summar : A troupe of actors must perform a Molière play, but jokes, toupees, and period costumes are not necessarily to everyone's taste. Only, the audience is there, so you have to play well! 7 actors and a musician unintentionally launch themselves into Molière's irresistible language, to tell the story of Sganarelle, who improvises himself a "specialist doctor in desperate cases" to treat the daughter of a notable and pocket the coquettish sum promised her. A classic revisited by the grain of madness and humour of the AMAB company.

Public: All audiences, from 5 years old
Duration: About 1:30
